Merriam-Webster tells us Sociology is “the systematic study of the development, structure, interaction, and collective behavior of organized groups of human beings.” A commuter is someone who travels a significant distance to work. Therefore, the study of the development structure, interaction, and collective behavior of organized groups of commuters will from now on be known as COMMUTEROLOGY.
